Two cycling champions of both past and present, Walter Passuello and his son Walter, who unfortunately passed away prematurely, had long careers as professional cyclists. They traveled the world and participated in nearly all the prestigious cycling races, contributing to the victories of their team captains, such as renowned names like Francesco Moser, Giuseppe Saronni, and Roger De Vlaeminck, to name a few.

Their son Domenico also had a career as a professional cyclist but discovered a strong passion for triathlon, where he immediately stood out on the international scene, proudly representing Italy abroad and achieving remarkable results.

Father and son participated together in the historic race called "l'Eroica," held in the picturesque Tuscan hinterland of Bolgheri, alongside other important figures from the world of cycling, including Francesco Moser. This event was conceived as a "concept project," a landscape event linked to the world of cycling, revisited in a historical context, creating a route on the white roads of the Etruscan Coast.
